And then, I got frustrated again and hanged up. 

My alarm clock is set to 7am but I'm not even sleepy! 

Now, back to more Grey's Anatomy. It's my therapy.

My Hubstation! Hubber hubber!

He, my friends, is a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) that comes with 160GB of hard disk space which is equivalent to 80 hours of recording! Now, no other lover would have as much holding power as him! =P



I never have to miss my fave shows again even when I’m not home cos I can just record and watch them whenever I want to, thanks to Starhub Cable TV!!




If you are the 539,000 (figure from I.S Mag) Singaporeans households that are part of my lover’s club, I know u're loving it too! But wait, that makes 4 million other households who watch nothing else but Channel 5, 8, U, Okto and what nots!? U dunno the fab programs you’re missing out on on other channels!

 Oh my gee, you can’t miss Glee!

Yes, It’s bout a bunch of high school kids but before u say, “CHEY!”, I can assure u that it’s so much more sophisticated and believable than High School Musical!



It deals with the dramas in life that many of us go through, teenage pregnancy (okay maybe not that many of us! haha), divorce, fights among classmates, issues with parents, BGRs and more but the my fave thing about the show is definitely the humor, oh oh wait, I said the show is sophisticated… it’s really about desire and passion! ;)

Glee is about wanting something and doing whatever it takes to get it! Now I’m sure you can identify with that, you over-achieving Singaporeans! =p

I can go on and on about what shows u’re missing out like So You Think You Can Dance (I don’t think I can dance anymore after watching them! They’re mad awesome dancers! *pales in comparison), CSI, Grey’s Anatomy (OMG IT’s SOOOO GOOD, better than orgasm ladies, KIDDING) and many more but I shall not bore you with it, you can the drift!

I didn’t even had to waste any time to physically queue at the Starhub customer servies centres, nor did I have to be put on hold on 1627! Loves it!



I just had to take 3 simple steps:


1. Check out Starhub.com.sg to see which are the basic groups I want to subscribe to

2. Give my friend Alvin (a hardcore Man U Liverpool fan! Shit, now all the Liverpool Man U fans will boycott him!) a call

3. And meet with him to sign a form. He can basically meet you anywhere in Singapore to your convenience! I met with him for like 5 seconds at Expo after our service! ;)



Then a technician from Starhub came to my place to install it and voila!

Talk about a hassle-free lover! And one that will always be there to entertain you 24/7, make you laugh and cry, educate you about life, update you on the latest happenings just by pressing his buttons? Where to find? =D

 

Not even my bf can do that! Okay lah, at least my he can hug and whisper sweet nothings to me but my Hubstation can’t! Hahaha! Oh oh, but when my bf is boring I can’t fast forward but when the tv show is or when commercials come up, I can!! The power is all in my hands! Take that u advertisers!
