Ale-alejandro Ale-alejandro!

The world premiere of Gaga’s latest video, Alejandro!

It’s sick, but damn, it’s so artistic!

I love the setting! The imagery is so strong! The snow, the heart, the “Nazis”.

Love the widow headdress and the red latex nun suit!

And I think Gaga just made “mushroom hair” trendy! Lol.

Don’t have to try and understand the whole thing… I don’t! Only Gaga and probably the producer Steven Klein do!

But if you really want to know what’s going on in Gaga’s universe, this is what she said on her recent interview on Larry King Live bout the video: “homoerotic military theme”…”a celebration of my love and appreciation for the gay community, my admiration of their bravery, their love for one another and their courage in their relationships.”

“It’s all about where I’m from and love of theater and love of music and love of the lie in art, and Steven really knows and understands that…So we’re making a beautiful video, and I’m so excited.”

She adds, “[It's about the] purity of my friendships with my gay friends, and how I’ve been unable to find that with a straight man in my life. It’s a celebration and an admiration of gay love—it confesses my envy of the courage and bravery they require to be together. In the video I’m pining for the love of my gay friends—but they just don’t want me to be with them.”

You would never had figured that out without her explanation right!? I thought the dead guy in the coffin was symbolic of Alexander McQueen or sumthin’!

And see, no advertising of any products in this vid!

Gaga is in a league of her own, and we’re all just trying to play catch up.

What do I know? The MEN must HURT when they’re smashed onto the floor like that by other men! =D I think that’s symbolic of sex change, I think. :)

Tell me what you think! Comments!
