The world changes from the top down not the bottom up.
If you're the leader, lead!
You can't lead from the rear.
You're out front. You go where others don't.
You take people where they don't want to go, but when you get them there, they kiss you!
The people aren't doing it because the leader hasn't led them into doing it. That's why you're the leader.
If the people aren't ready, it's because the leader hasn't prepared them.
Leaders change the world.
They don't leave the world the same way they found it.
