God of Creation

''For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. " - Romans 1:20

God has placed irrefutable proof of His existence in Creation. All of Creation proclaims the existence of God. The Bible says that heaven and earth praise the Lord. Wherever our eye wanders—from majestic mountain peaks to tranquil forests, from glittering lakes to the peaceful lulling of the ocean—we intuitively know that someone created all this. From the star-studded macro cosmos, with its billions of stars and nebula, to the unseen chemical reactions in our nervous system, we see the hand of our Creator, everywhere.

The order of nature is so intricately thought-out that a double somersault of denial is required to explain away a Master’s hand, a divine artist’s genius, a loving Creator’s originality. Yet the Bible says all of creation is subjected to futility as a result of the Fall. Animals eat other animals. People die of starvation. Hurricanes rage, rains refuse to fall, deserts expand and groundwater is destroyed. All of Creation sighs and groans under its enslavement.

Corruption reigns. But Creation longs for its freedom. What freedom? The day when God’s children will be free, restored and set free from everything that binds them. Once man, the crown of Creation, receives a share of the fullness of salvation, the rest of Creation will follow and receive its freedom, as well. Even now, in the midst of corruption, Creation shines beautifully, speaks impressively and assures every person that, “God exists for you, and He is good to you.”
